vegetarians here’s an alternative egglessblack forest cake recipe so that you don’t miss any of the fun. Chocolate
shavings and cherries are also used to decorate the cake. Although in most
European countries it is prepared with liquors such as rum (in Australia) or
Kirsch (obtained by distilling tart cherries), but in America and India it is
prepared without alcohol.
The name is derived from the liquor obtained in Germany’s
Black Forest Mountain range (Schwarzwald)
by distilling tart cherries. In Germany Kirsch is a compulsory ingredient
for the cake and it is not allowed to be sold otherwise. This brilliant dessert
can be easily bought at most cafés and restaurants, the entire cake can cost up

- Sweet condensed milk – 200ml
- Baking soda ½ tsp
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Milk ½ cup
- Water ½ cup
- Butter – 50gm
- Chocolate powder 2 tsp
- ·Cocoa powder 2 tsp
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Water ¼ cup
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
- Coca cola/Pepsi/ThumbsUp
- Crème fresh 2 cup or heavy cream 1 cup
- Icing sugar 5 tbsp
- Vanilla essence ½ tsp
To decorate use
chocolate shavings and fresh cherries.
