Prepare Pineapple Cakes Using Orange & Pineapple



If you love pineapple cakes, why not bring a twist in the tale by using a delicious orange flavor to make it taste like top of the world! This is a simple recipe, which can help you to impress your friends and family.

What you Require?

Regular cake mix (yellow colored), egg whites 4, un-drained Mandarin oranges 1-can, and unsweetened applesauce half cup.

The Method

Beat cake mix, applesauce, egg whites, and oranges in large bowl and do it at low speed. Continue the process for 2 min at least and then pour in 13” x 9” baking dish. Do not forget to coat the baking dish with the help of cooking spray to make it the surface greasy. Now place the baking dish inside the oven where you will cook it for 30 min at 350°F. After this insert a toothpick within the cake and pull it back. If the cake mix doesn't stick to it, you cake is ready. Allow to cool for some time and then serve on a dish.

Prepare the Topping

For preparing the topping of your orange pineapple cakes, you need to mix in the crushed pineapple with pudding vanilla mix, and whipped topping 1-carton. Blend these well and then spread on the cake you prepared to give it a gorgeous and delicious look. Before you survey make sure that you refrigerate it for one hour at least.
