Cakes are for all and everyone always loves the
taste of a cake. Cakes are universally found to be tasty and loved by people of
all ages. However, people who are vegetarians or do not consume eggs for some
reason are unable to have cakes because eggs are some of the major ingredients
in cakes. But thankfully, they no longer need to worry because for such people,
eggless cakes have become a
regularly available product at cake shops and bakeries nowadays. These cakes do
not contain eggs and despite that do not compromise at all in their taste.
Eggless cakes use a lot of other ingredients to
supplement for the fact that eggs cannot be used as an ingredient. Butter in
moderate quantities, baking soda etc. are normal ingredients. What is important
is that the essences and flavors, that of vanilla or chocolate which need to
added in decent quantities so that there is no dearth of taste in the cake.
Eggless cakes are often mistaken to also be tasteless but this is completely
untrue. The amount of flavors and essences used in eggless cakes ensures that
there is no compromise in taste and people who do not prefer eggs can enjoy
cakes on an equal footing.
