Eggless Cakes for Vegetarians



Cakes are loved by many people for its soft texture and rich creamy consistency. This dessert is available in almost all the bakery shops and confectionary shops in India. The presence of eggs along with flour, butter, baking powder and other necessary ingredients for proper baking of cakes. However, many people of India are vegetarians and they used to stay away from tasting these cakes because of the fact that these were made of eggs which is an animal product. After cakes were started baking without the use of eggs, they were able to have bites of these tasty cakes. 

These cakes are called Eggless Cakes. A lot many people around the world are now getting inclined to follow vegetarianism because of its several health benefits. Hence eggless cakes are now very much in the demand list of customers across the globe. Even though these cakes are made eliminating an important ingredient from its recipe, still it tastes equally delicious. The taste and spongy softness are not compromised because of not having eggs in them.

Many people think that these will not taste good but it is entirely wrong. There are people who are non vegetarians but still sometimes do not mind enjoying egglesscakes as they are also very good to your their taste buds. Even birthday and wedding anniversary cakes are also available in their eggless form. Vegetarians can indulge in tasting and taking bites of cakes without worrying for the presence of any kind of non vegetables.
